What rules apply to every bonus?
These Bonus Terms cover every bonus, free spin, Golden Chip and Sudbury Rewards item at Sudbury Casino. They sit alongside our Player Agreement.
Every promotion also comes with its own details. Where they differ from this page, the promotion's details govern that offer. No offer is available without a deposit: each one requires a minimum deposit of C$20.
When does a bonus expire?
The welcome offer's wagering must be completed within 7 days. After that deadline, any bonus funds still remaining, along with winnings from them, are forfeited. Each other promotion states its own deadline in its details.
How do I opt in?
No bonus is added without your say. Pick the offer in your account first, then make a qualifying deposit.
Ontario rules ban public advertising of incentives. Offers show up for you after registration and login.
What counts as bonus abuse?
- Opening more than one account in order to claim an offer repeatedly
- Colluding with other players to complete wagering or transfer bonus value
- Bet patterns designed to complete wagering at almost no risk
- Depositing through someone else's bank account, e-wallet or payment card
- Exploiting a game fault to meet wagering
Abuse means we cancel the bonus and whatever it won, and you may be barred from later promotions.

No. One bonus runs at a time. Complete its wagering or give it up first, then claim another.

How does wagering work?
A 1x playthrough means you bet the bonus amount once before it turns into cash you can withdraw. Game types count at different rates:
- Slots: 100%
- Video poker: 50%
- RNG table games: 10%
- Live games: 0%
Live games do not count toward wagering, so play slots to clear a bonus fastest.
Can I withdraw all of my bonus winnings, or is there a cap?
Certain promotions put a cap on the bonus funds that can convert to withdrawable cash. When a cap applies, it is listed in the promotion terms before you opt in, and any amount above it is cut when wagering finishes.
Is there a top bet size when I play with bonus funds?
Every promotion sets a maximum bet. Bets over that amount don't count toward wagering, and the bonus and its winnings may be voided.
Can these Bonus Terms change?
Yes. Every revision is published here and dated. A bonus you took before a change still runs under the rules that were live on your opt-in date.
