Player Agreement
What terms do I accept by registering?
This Player Agreement sets the rules between you and Sudbury Casino. Sign up or place any wager and you accept every part of it. Don't agree? Then don't register and don't play.
Our Bonus Terms, Your Privacy, Cookies and Tracking, Responsible Gaming, KYC & AML Policy and 19+ Policy all form part of this agreement.
What is not allowed on Sudbury Casino?
- Sharing your account with anyone, or placing bets on behalf of another player
- Collusion, chip dumping or sharing hand information at live tables
- Bots, scripts or any software that places bets for you
- Using cards, wallets or bank accounts that are not yours
- Hiding your identity or your location
- Exploiting a bug, error or glitch in any game
Spot any of this and we can cancel the affected bets, freeze your balance during our check and shut your account. If legally required, we report details to the appropriate authorities.
How many accounts can I have?
One account per person. Extra accounts we find get closed, and bets placed on them may be voided.
To open an account, you give us your complete legal name, birth date, residential street address and an email address you check regularly. Should any of this information change, amend your profile without delay. Your password is for you alone. Spot a sign-in you did not make? Contact us by email at once.
How do the games work?
The rules and paytable for each game are available in its game window. Read them before playing.
A random number generator decides every RNG title, and each spin, hand or roll stands apart from past outcomes. Live dealer action comes from real tables streamed out of a studio. The dealer's call on each result is final.
Should a game, server or connection malfunction, all play affected is void and the stake for that round is refunded. Any round finished before the fault keeps the result we recorded.
Ownership of site content
We own the Sudbury Casino name, logo, design and text. Game software stays the property of the studio behind each title. This content is yours to use for playing here, nothing else. You may not copy, resell or alter any of it.
How do bonuses fit into this agreement?
The welcome offer, promotions and Sudbury Rewards are governed by our Bonus Terms. Please read them before opting in to any offer.
How do deposits and withdrawals work?
Every balance, bet and payout uses Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Deposit: Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, PayPal, iDebit, Paysafecard. Minimum C$20.
- Withdraw: Interac e-Transfer, Visa, PayPal, iDebit. Minimum C$50.
- Speed: bank wires clear in 12 hours at most. Most other payment methods get your payout to you in between one and four hours.
- Fees: zero. Deposits and withdrawals cost you nothing.
There is no withdrawal cap. We pay winnings only into payment methods registered to you, and a withdrawal can be held until your ID checks are complete.
Who can play?
You must be 19 or older, be in Canada and play from a region whose laws permit online casino gaming. Canadian rules on age, ID checks and money laundering prevention apply, so your identity and location are verified ahead of your first deposit.
Can this agreement change?
Yes. Any updated version of these terms appears on this page, dated with the day it comes into force. If an update changes how you play, you will hear from us through an email message or an alert displayed as you sign in. Playing on after that start date counts as your acceptance of the updated terms.
How do I make a complaint?
Send an email to support@sudburycasino.app and give us your username, the date and precise time the issue occurred, the game or transaction involved, and a short explanation of the fault. Screenshots help us respond faster. Every complaint is investigated, and our answer reaches you by email.
Which law applies?
Ontario law, along with the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario, governs this agreement.
How far does our liability go?
Every game is provided on an as-is basis. Losses resulting from your own device, a lost connection or events we cannot control are not something we are liable for. For any one claim, our payment is capped at the balance held in the relevant account. This cap does not cover situations where the law prevents liability from being excluded.
How do I reach Sudbury Casino?
Email support@sudburycasino.app. It is our single support address for every question about your account, games or payments.
